Job Openings

JumpStart Interventions offers a unique and intensive fieldwork supervision program for students pursuing their BCaBA or BCBA certifications.

Our program works to individualize students’ learning by immersing them in various restricted and unrestricted tasks in order to develop a depth of knowledge in the field of ABA and the BACB 5th edition Task List.  Our program includes opportunities for a concentrated fieldwork experience, multiple contacts and trainings with BCBA supervisors, and collaborative program meetings during which students assist one another in their learning.  Group supervision is a component of the program in order to foster the development of the professional “soft skills” necessary to become exceptional certificants.

In addition to developing and mastering skills directly related to the BACB 5th edition task list and the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts, students can expect to be exposed to learning opportunities related to ABA in the educational setting, ABA in personnel management, and other arenas in which the science of Applied Behavior Analysis plays a vital role. JumpStart’s fieldwork supervision program uniquely prepares students to become competent and confident leaders, trainers, and supervisors.
